LUCY MARIE FRANKS, 76, of Germantown, retired Inspector for General Electric, passed away November 24, 2007. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Monday, November 26 at Memphis Funeral Home, Poplar Chapel. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 27 at Memphis Funeral Home, Poplar Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Hill Midtown Cemetery. She was a former member of Ra-Met, long term member of Kirk Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Lucille Joyner. She leaves her husband, Malcolm Franks; daughter, Connie Fite of Memphis; son, Mike Franks of Germantown; sister, Mae Howard of Dallas, TX; brothers, Ronnie Joyner of Bartlett, Herman Joyner of Collierville, John Joyner of Williston and Harold Joyner of Bartlett; grandchildren, Rachel Franks, Ashley Fite and Eric Mason.
